Through Virginia’s regional home builders associations, school systems, community colleges, universities, and other similar institutions, the HBAV Education Foundation provides funding and scholarships to advance education and build the home building industry’s labor force and knowledge across the Commonwealth.

The HBAV Education Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that relies solely on tax-deductible donations from supporters like you.

This permanent endowment gives priority to HBAV members, their employees, and their families, and stands as a long-lasting beacon of support from the home building industry in Virginia, advancing the goal of creating future leaders in our industry.

Home Builders Association of Virginia Memorial Scholarship

This endowment was started in 2007 as a memorial to students and faculty who lost their lives on the Blacksburg campus in April of 2007. During the memorial campaign, HBAV and the HBAV Education Foundation raised over $160,000, securing this scholarship as an endowment supporting the future leaders of our industry.
